The People Behind Leor

Dr. Priya Sharma completed her MD in Dermatology from B.J. Medical College, Pune, followed by a fellowship in Aesthetic Dermatology at a leading clinic in Seoul, South Korea. Her years in Seoul exposed her to the precision-driven approach of Korean aesthetic medicine, which fundamentally shaped her clinical philosophy.

After returning to Pune, she practiced at two of the city's top hospitals before deciding that the existing clinic model was failing patients. Treatments were generic, technology was outdated, and consultations felt rushed. She founded Leor to build the clinic she wished had existed for her own patients.

As Medical Director, Dr. Sharma personally oversees all treatment protocols, selects every device, and conducts the most complex cases herself. Her areas of special interest include combination anti-aging protocols, melasma management in Indian skin, and non-surgical facial contouring.

Rohan Kapoor brings a decade of experience in healthcare operations and brand building to Leor. After graduating from IIM Bangalore, he worked with two national healthcare chains, where he saw firsthand the gap between what patients expected and what most aesthetic clinics delivered.

His role at Leor spans clinic design, patient experience, technology procurement, and team development. He is particularly focused on making premium aesthetic care accessible without compromising quality, a balance he believes most clinics get wrong.

Rohan believes that the future of aesthetic medicine is data-driven and patient-centric. At Leor, every aspect of the patient journey, from the first WhatsApp message to the post-treatment follow-up, is designed with this philosophy in mind.
